Return the product within 14 days.
I am always open to work on a solution if you are unhappy with your product. You can return a product within 14 days after you receive it. I do not pay back the deposit and the shipping fee, but you will get a gift card for the webshop to cover the 50% you payed up front. To start a return process please send me an email.
